Ash Cheshire
Co-Founder / Lead DesignerAsh grew up in West Virginia, an upbringing that shapes their design practice around making complex systems clear, authentic, and built for people who are too often left out of the conversation. They’ve built brand systems for unions, advocacy orgs, and public leaders across the country, earning Reed and SPJ Awards for work that mobilizes people, cuts through noise, and builds trust, grounded in a queer and trans perspective where representation is not an add-on, but the lens for every choice.

Emily Watson is an award-winning filmmaker with a background in journalism, politics and advocacy. Growing up in Texas, she’s always been inspired to tell stories that mobilize, clarify and build power outside of big-city narratives. Her films and investigations have helped win a civil rights case at a Missouri jail, flip control of the Pennsylvania House, and supported labor unions in victories at the NLRB.
